A Guide to Planning Systems

It’s important to have a system of getting things done, whether it’s tackling tasks as the day progresses or having a carefully planned schedule for every single hour of the week. How can you create an effective personal planning system that suits your needs and preferences?

N.B. some categories include a few examples but they are no means limited to the ones listed here, e.g. there may be methods of organizing tasks other than the five listed here.

The only acceptable reason for this is if this character is actually a demon who seduces men and then eats them. [source]

my breasts are nicely separated. Completely divided, every year they move apart by half an inch.

My breasts are nicely separated though they still fight for custody of the children.

I,,a woman,,,am WiDeR LOweR dOwN

That was difficult to read.

So ugly

My name is Ebony D'arkness Dementia Raven Way, and my breasts are nicely separated

OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT AND HOW ON EARTH DID IT GET PUBLISHED

You can always tell when it’s a man writing a description because they focus oddly on the breasts. There will always be something about breasts and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read historical or fantasy fiction and they talk about “her breasts hanging freely under her tunic” or what the fuck ever and it’s like…women don’t do that? We don’t describe ourselves by saying “I have blonde hair and blue eyes and my breasts hang freely under my tunic”.
I kind of feel like we should counter by awkwardly mentioning all male character’s balls in their description. It’s kind of in the same vein.

“I have auburn hair and hazel eyes and my copious nicely separated balls hangs freely under my breeches”

My super advanced mapmaking technique - a handful of dice makes the map nice

interesting method

My question is do the die affect topography any or just set the borders?

I imagine it’s up to the person making the map. But maybe the more dice in a single spot, the more mountainous or forested the area. Maybe choose a few dice to be deemed cities, and some dice for ruins.

Maybe let the dice choose, like a nat 20 would be the world capital, and 10’s would be mountains or something like that.

1-5: Plains and fields

6-8: Forests

9-11: Mountains

12-14: Tundras and snow covered lands

15-17: Farms and towns

18-19: Larger cities

20: Capitals and castles

what would happing if all the dice landed on a 20?

then you have a very busy continent

not all of those are d20s though, so you’d have to come up with another method for the other ones

Adjusted for all dice you might have

D20

1-5: Plains and fields

6-8: Forests

9-11: Mountains

12-14: Tundras and snow covered lands

15-17: Farms and towns

18-19: Larger cities

20: Capitals and castles

D12

1-3: Plains and fields

4-6: Forests

7-8: Mountains

9-10: Tundras and snow covered lands

11: Farms and towns

12: Larger cities

D10

1-3: Plains and fields

4-6: Forests

7-8: Mountains

9: Tundras and snow covered lands

10: Farms and towns

D8

1-4: Plains and fields

5-6: Forests

7: Mountains

8: Tundras and snow covered lands

D6

1-3: Plains and fields

4: Forests

5-6: Mountains

D4

1-2: Plains and fields

3: Forests

4: Mountains

Holy shit. Definitely using this.

I swore at how simple this motherfucking thing is. You’re all bastards and i love you.

((This is genius, seriously))

Quirk prompt #23

multiversalmuses:

character-prompts:

His smile is infectious and his laugh is contagious.

Do not look at him.

Do not listen to him.

You will be infected.

Have you heard the laugh?

Seen the gleaming white teeth, sparkling ever so unnaturally in fluorescent lighting?

Do you feel your muscles pulling and stretching into a twisted grin?

The bubbling of laughter from your chest?

It is too late.

Your smile is infectious and your laugh is contagious.

Do not let them look at you.

(via character-prompts)

ofpoemsandprompts:

“They say that calm comes before the storm, but that isn’t quite true. Calm comes after the storm, when everyone’s tears and screams have already drowned and choked them and they have nothing else to say. What truly comes before the storm, is silence. Acceptance of what is about to come. But never calm, dear child, never calm. Because fear is truly the loudest scream of them all.”

- I don’t even know why I wrote this in the first place. Use it!

Sorry if it’s hella dark
